This class is recommended after a limited appraiser has gained 800 hours of experience and are preparing to take their state exam to become state licensed. This course is designed to help an appraiser to better understand the valuation techniques for land value as well as how to be more efficient with the cost approach. This course is also an excellent preparation as well for the state licensed examination. This course is a required AQB content course and is approved for 15 hrs. pre-license for state licensed and Residential Certified Appraisers as well as 14 hrs. of continuing education credit for all level appraisal licenses.
