This course provides a fundamental understanding of the laws that assist the real estate professional in recognizing problems that require legal counsel. It provides an understanding of the laws that are essential to the profession since social and technological changes, together with government regulations, have caused the law to assume great, even exaggerated, importance in the real estate transactions.
This course is approved towards the Brokers 90 hours requirement for licensing as well as 15 hours credit for appraisal pre-license and appraisal continuing education credit.
